Advision has been around since 2006, starting as a small operation of technology enthusiasts. 14 years later, we are nearly 100 people creating state of the art solutions in product design, software development and digital marketing.

We operate out of the beautiful Costa Rica, country chosen by top tech companies due to the quality of its talent and multilingual capacity, able to serve markets worldwide.

Located in Santa Ana, San José, we build and market technology platforms for customers all over the world, hiring top of the notch tech and marketing talent that create our amazing products.

I spend my days reading over drafts of new written content, managing my creative team of editors, and ensuring all content processes are working properly, nonetheless my evenings are spent relaxing with my family.

When I am not updating edition guidelines, I put on my running shoes and pound the pavements around Santa Ana Town. I love running so much that I even finished the Chicago Marathon while injured. I think this relentless discipline and optimism helps me manage tough projects under pressure.

I have always liked everything related to art and creativity. I love drawing, cooking, creating and I was one of those kids raised by television. Since I was a little, I saw myself working in a related field.

I studied Digital Animation and I have worked for more than 10 years in Animation, Production, Illustration and Design. At Advision I had the opportunity to learn and become a better professional, it is a place where you can
grow as much as you want to.

website moderators is my daily bread.

I always like to work with people who are dedicated to their jobs, responsible and
willing to learn. It’s very important to have
a good working relationship, a good communication and good teamwork to
reach our goals.

Chief Fun Officer

Tia

Tia’s role as Chief Fun Officer means she is responsible for all the love and entertainment in our office located in Costa Rica.

Among her most outstanding skills we have her ability to keep everyone awake with her barking, keeping everyone fit as she looks to play all the time, and or course helping with the dishes or better said licking them.

She is an excellent guard dog. If you are
a stranger, I will be careful as she will lick
an intruder to death.

Tia is very obedient, except for the time
she smells something particularly
interesting for her or when she is just>
ignoring you (which happens quite often)
